What do i need to do or prepare to order my customized product?
All you need to do is to provide your design or images for us. E-Mail or bring them over via
a pendrive, memory card, CD, etc. in common image formats (JPG, PNG etc.) or preferably soft copy files of
your design in PDF/Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop format. If you don’t have the know how to
provide in such formats, you may also whatsapp the images to us on the spot via our company’s
whatsapp account. Do note however that photos sent via whatsapp will be compressed
and not as high-resolution as those provided via other methods.
How long will it take to complete my orders?
Most of our products made in store can be completed as soon as 15-30 minutes. Depending on the
quantity that you are ordering, it may take longer if there are other customer orders on que,
ordering many items/in bulk or production equipment downtime.
Can i pay after my order has been completed?
Our company policy requires our customers to make a deposit or full payment before we can proceed
with their orders.
Do i need to provide my own materials such as t-shirts, mugs etc. if i wanted to customize those items?
No as they will be provided by us as our products are specifically produced to receive the printing methods used to make them.
However for items such as shirts, you may bring your own but printing methods will differ according to the type and material of shirts that you provide. Do take note however that we will not be held responsible for any damages, printing errors, lack of print fastness that may occur to your garments either by software, hardware or human errors.
Can i place orders through email and have them posted to me?
Unfortunately we're only accepting walk in orders and collection.

Is there a discount if i order in bulk?
Yes, you may visit our store directly or send an email / whatsapp message to us to inquire about bulk
order prices.
Besides the items on your site, do you supply corporate uniforms and gifts?
Yes, we do supply corporate uniforms and gifts. You can send us an email us for more info and
quotations.

When inquiring on discounts or corporate uniform/premium gifts, please provide the following

- A sample or draft of your design and layout
